<p>Back then people would eat only when they were hungry, and the food was healthy and nutritious. These days, people are eating constantly and even when they are not hungry at all but rather just because they are tired, stressed or even bored.</p>

Fast food is so readily accessible and so rather than eating fruits and vegetables which would at least digest and break down in the body quicker and be nutritious, we are eating fast food that is completely unhealthy and actually causes damage to the body.</p>

<p>If you find that you are overweight or otherwise just want to get in shape, you are going to have to take steps towards starting in a fitness training program.
